SIMALA RETREAT

My husband and I stayed at the Simala Retreat for 3 nights for a little babymoon and loved it.The chalet was stylish, comfortable and clean and included everything we needed for cooking, resting and relaxing. The setting was spectacular - so very quiet, beautiful, peaceful and serene.As we were staying in the queen chalet connected to the main house, I was worried it may be noisy and limit our privacy - but it didn't at all.My only constructive feedback would be that the outdoor chairs could be replaced with much more comfortable ones. As we spent the majority of our time overlooking the view and relaxing outside, it would have been even more enjoyable doing so on comfortable chairs.

Stayed there with my partner a couple weeks ago and all I can say is that what an amazing experience. Such a beautiful place, so peaceful and lovely views.Great hosts with excellent communication.

We have stayed at Simala in January, the chalet stayed cool we did not had to use the air-conditioning, everything was really clean, tastefully and practically decorated. The chalet was gorgeous, very private, Simone and Alan have thought of everything and personal touches like beautiful bottle of wine at arrival ( we have even been asked if we preferred red or white ), chocolates and the beautiful fresh eggs, have made our stay even more enjoyable. The area around the chalets is beautiful, lots of birds, we had a lovely play with the very cute Otto.Everything is very easily accessible from the accommodation, Howard Park is a lovely winery just around the corner.I booked a full body massage with Simone and it was heaven, cant wait to come back in the cooler months!!! Thank you Simone and Alan.

Simala is the perfect private getaway, Alan and Simone have thought of everything, from the positions of the chalets down to the smallest details in the kitchens. We really liked how quiet and peaceful the whole property is. We visited for 2 nights in summer and the chalets stayed cool, even with the air conditioning switched off! Can't wait to visit again in winter to get the fireplace going.

Amazing location, close to wineries and less than 10 minutes from the town center.The chalet was spacious and homely, clean and tidy, equipped with all the main necessities for the kitchen and a beautiful fireplace. It had a nice big bathroom and bathtub, comfortable bed and lovely outdoor setting to sit outside and enjoy the view. I could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! I had the pleasure of staying at Simala Retreat. The private accommodation is situated in a secluded and beautiful bush setting, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The peaceful and tranquil environment, combined with the romantic atmosphere, made for a very special stay.The accommodation itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-stocked kitchen and a huge two-person bath.The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They provided us with plenty of information about the local area and made some great recommendations for places to visit and things to do.Overall, I would highly recommend Simala Retreat for anyone looking for a private, romantic getaway in a beautiful and peaceful bush setting. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind with your loved one.

Hospitable host. Greeted on arrival by some chickens! Good service and good clean accommodation. Simone addressed me by name and gave us half a dozen free range eggs, very precious! Secluded in the forest so very tranquil! Good design and layout of accommodation facilities. Recommendation of Vasse Virgin products was welcome as we visited the shop and bought some products! Would recommend couples for this kind of accommodation.

My husband and I stayed at Simala for 7 nights in January. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. It was just as fabulous as our first stay. Simones communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. The villas have all the modern comforts you could need on a holiday and a really comfy bed. Simala is situated perfectly to explore wineries. Thank you for a great stay, we can’t wait to visit again.

An amazing place to stay! The interior is modern and clean, all cooking and other tools are available. I'd recommend getting the optional breakfast pack, which contains fresh and local ingredients to cook your own breakfast! The fireplace is cosy and easy to use. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and supply a useful curated list of local cafes/restaurants/wineries/beaches to visit. Located conveniently between Margaret River and Dunsborough. Highly recommended!

The Chalets are in the forest. It is very modern, well designed and detailed. The owner Simone is a very elegant lady. She is very friendly and considerate. Thank you very much!
